Bully Dog’s fully enclosed air intake systems for the Ford Powerstroke 7.3L 1994-1997 are designed to keep hot air out of the intake air stream, and have been specifically designed for this diesel engine. Bully Dog’s intake system seals tightly against the cold air sources from within the engine bay, which ensures an improvement in performance and efficiency. Through real world and user testing, Bully Dog has proven that an enclosed air intake system along with a high flow cotton gauze filter will yield better air flow and colder intake temperatures than a stock system and another aftermarket open intake design from competitive companies.

Each system is a stage one intake that includes a new intake box that is a direct replacement to the factory system and comes with a five layer oil based cotton filter. The filter can be cleaned and re-oiled so that the filter is returned to a like new state so there is no need to replace the filter for ever cleaning.
